Summer is over.  It was a fairly uneventful summer in that we were spared from any major fire events. It’s good that the community now has a firetruck to help with the small stuff.

New trees were planted after the 2011 fires and the new entrance is up.

A 14th Amendment to the HOA Bylaws has been implemented. It is a public record filed in Palo Pinto County on 6/7/2011. The amendment clarified some things but mostly made Double Diamond’s ability to collect maximum fees and interest for past due accounts and be sure no “groups” of people can own property. HOA’s in Texas have a lot of power and The Cliffs HOA is no exception.
