Free Listing Information
All information you provide may be public. The e-mail address and telephone number you provide will be available for public viewing. It may generate spam e-mail and telephone calls by groups who canvas the web collecting data. Data will be stored as long as your listing is active. If you want an email address with our domain which uses forwarding to your email, you will have to use a paid listing.
- A name is required. It can be a nickname, etc.
- A phone number is not required. If provided it is public.
- An email is required. Email is not secure. There is no way to verify the person(s) who contacts you.
- Description is limited to 500 characters.
- Lot address, legal description and price are separate fields and don't count toward the 500 characters.
- No pictures on free listings. Pictures on this site give general pictures of the area.
- Listings will expire after 6 months but can be re-posted.
- Listings outside The Cliffs at Possum Kingdom lake will be removed.
- You may have to use a title company to transfer property, per the new POA. The POA assesses a fee to transfer.
